Feast of Tabernacles 2011
Voice in the
Wilderness Church of God will be keeping the FOT in Kenya at: Mombasa along the Coast and Sori Bay in the West.
We anticipate
50 attendees in Mombasa at the Coast and 250 at Sori Bay in the West.

Ukunda is a town in Kenya located in the Kwale District. It is on the coast of the Indian Ocean
thirty kilometers south of Mombassa near the border with Tanzania.
Our Loving Father has once again poured out His Blessing upon our E. African Brethren, allowing them to Congregate for
the Feast of Tabernacles.
As
many of you know, our brethren in E. Africa are rich in faith but reside among the poor of this world when
it comes to material wealth. And these are tough times for our African brethren, especially this year in particular
(2011) is turning out to be the dryest years on record in Kenya. Most of the crops have failed, and our brethren
have very little to eat. We were able to secure a feast site, and also to assist the brethren in transportation to the
feas site, but they will be carrying their own food, what little they have. Much of E. Africa is in FAMINE conditions, and
it is believed that Kenya will also be in Famine conditions soon.
The
Feast of Tabernacles is the only time that all of our brethren over there get a chance to congregate with so
many. I
do hope that those of you reading this will be moved in your heart to pitch in and help our brethren with a little assistance.
This is a perfect opportunity for us to show our faith by our works Js. 2:18.

What a fantastic opportunity our Creator has given us, to be able to assist our brethren
who have been living their lives impoverished. The Apostle John admonishes us to love in deed & truth, telling us:
Whoso hath this world’s good, and seeth his brother have need,
and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dweleth the love of God in him?
